Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our Employment Services team in Rocky Mount, NC.
As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will support our people to achieve their personal dreams and goals through obtaining and maintaining competitive employment within their community.
You will also help individuals to think about long-term employment goals, work history, strengths, personal culture, justice involvement, and other factors relative to the individual's current vocational goal.
To qualify, candidates must have one of the following combinations of education and
Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field AND at least 2 years of full time experience OR 4 years of part time experience.
working with people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health issues or substance abuse issues.
A Master's Degree in a Human Services related field AND at least 1 year of full time experience OR 2 years of part time experience.
working with people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health issues or substance abuse issues.
A North Carolina QMHP certification is preferred.
A valid Driver's License is also required.
