Sales Analyst/Administration
Collects and analyzes sales data and market trends and provide analysis to increase sales and profitability with recommendations to management.

Management and Sales by analyzing/reporting on a monthly basis, Working with Product sales, margins, sales trends/history, inventory as well as making
recommendations to increase the profitability of each product line.
Supports multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, and Business Development) in the attainment of their respective objectives:
Customer and Product analysis and profitability, Marketing and Sales Program analysis, Market Research analysis, and Pricing analysis.
Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing papers for consideration and presentation by executives and leadership committees
Assisting Sales and Marketing teams in preparation, management, analysis and ROI assessment of tactics, rebates, pricing incentives, penetration pricing markets, and profitability of customers and channels.
Research, outline, draft, and/or edit pitch decks for client meetings, corporate communications, articles, and speeches.
Coordinate complex meetings, assist in the design and preparation of presentations and other meeting materials.
Manages Sales Incentive Program database, calculations and analysis to help drive productivity initiatives including territory and account management.
Manages customer contract database, rebate calculations and quarterly performance analysis and helps produce customer performance reviews.
Develops reporting tools, including intranet portal and key metric dashboard, to facilitate better information flow and communication across the organization.
Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, errands, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic record keeping work.
Regularly organize meetings, appointments, conferences, and calls with both internal and external business partners.
Prepare Executive expense reports and process Executive charge card reconciliation.
Miscellaneous duties as needed
Acquiring meaningful insight from the sales data, carefully reviews the performance of sales data, and makes predictions/recommendations of future performance and how to increase profitability
required:
Bachelor degree minimum in business, marketing, accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of sales, business and marketing processes
Strong business reporting, project management and writing skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills, problem solving, data manipulation and management skills
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of database systems

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
