Customer Service Representative (11448-1) temporary

Our client, a fortune 500 company and one of America's most admired financial institutions is seeking temporary Customer Service Representatives for approximately 7+ months. We offer competitive hourly rate up to $12/hr, 401(k), vacation and holiday pay.
In this role responsibilities include:
Processing auto, personal, home equity loans/lines and some real estate loan applications for retail consumers
Navigate several different computer systems to prepare loan documentation for closings
High volume phone contact with clients and branch personnel
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
High School Diploma
0 to 1 year experience
Work in a fast paced, telephone based environment
Strong attention to detail
Team Player
Capable of multitasking
Able to work within and meet specific deadlines
Strong computer systems navigational skills a must

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
